About
Robert Maxwell is a speech and language pathologist and regional clinical director for Genesis Rehab Services. He obtained his bachelor degree from Averett University in VA in biological psychology and served at a psychiatric hospital prior to achieving his masters at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He currently lives with is wife and daughter in Appomattox, VA where he develops educational resources and provides direct clinical care for individuals battling dementia and other neurological disorders. He has authored various publications in the area of dementia and has presented on the local, state, regional and national level with regards to this topic.
