About

I was raised in southern California. I am a mother of 3 children and have 2 grandchildren. I have enjoyed participating in many sports activities beginning as early as age 10. I competed as a gymnast up to my second year of college. I have been riding horses since I was 7 years old. My hobbies are: surfing, mountain biking, water and snow skiing. I am an animal lover and have always cared for at least one throughout my life.

In 1989, I received a B.A. degree from California State University, Long Beach and in 2004 I received a M.A. degree in communicative disorders from California State University, Fullerton. Once I graduated from college I worked within the public school setting for two years. In 2006 I started Life Spirit Speech Pathology Inc and joined into a partnership with The J.F. Shea Center in 2008.
I am currently president of Life Spirit Speech as well as a practicing speech language pathologist.
