Anne is an SLP who’s been working in a Title I school district for the past ten years. After confronting her initial fears surrounding AAC she came to love the entire process of helping students find their voice. She works with a variety of students, including students with complex communication needs and Autism. Anne has a special interest in removing FOUA (fear of using AAC) from the
stakeholders in each child’s life. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology/Audiology from Northern Arizona University and her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. She is the creator of the website Beautiful Speech Life.
